I was disappointed by Lost and the Damned, but The Ballad of Gay Tony is worth the price of admission alone. Arguably superior to Niko's GTA 4 story, tBoGT is a lot of fun and adds to make it a worthwhile purchase. Installing to the hard drive is recommended, I found the game did not play well off of the disk.
